Christophe Bourdoiseau (FRA)

 The Franzose Christophe Bourdoiseau presents French Chansons in the traditional sense. But his own songs are not stories about the Bohème in Paris but are set in Berlin after the fall of communism in the Prenzlauer Berg district. Again and again he is accompanied by wonderful musicians who enrich his romantic chansons with Slavic and swinging notes.
