Sie arbeitete mit international renommierten Künstlern wie Jordi Savall zusammen und wirkte an bedeutenden Projekten wie der Yemeni Symphony mit.
Ein besonderer Höhepunkt ihrer internationalen Karriere war ihre Mitwirkung als Solistin und offizielle Vertreterin Tunesiens bei der feierlichen Eröffnung des Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) in Kairo – dem größten archäologischen Museum der Welt. Unter mehr als 150 vertretenen Nationen war sie die einzige Künstlerin, die Tunesien musikalisch repräsentierte. Die Zeremonie wurde weltweit übertragen und in Anwesenheit zahlreicher Staatsoberhäupter und internationaler Persönlichkeiten gefeiert.
Derzeit entwickelt Farah Fersi weiterhin eigene interdisziplinäre Projekte, die Musik mit anderen Kunstformen verbinden, darunter ihr aktuelles Werk Dha7ka – Sourire sowie ihr Duo-Projekt mit dem iranischen Tar-Spieler Ali Ghamsari.

Farah Fersi is a musician, composer and virtuoso performer on the qanun, one of the central instruments of the Arab musical tradition. With her distinctive ten-finger technique and her refined yet highly percussive playing style, she brings a contemporary and deeply personal expression to the instrument while revealing its extraordinary sonic potential.
Her musical universe draws from the rich heritage of Arabic classical music, jazz, Sufi poetry and global soundscapes, which she blends into her own original compositions. Farah Fersi has performed as a soloist on prestigious stages across the Middle East and Europe, including appearances in the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Tunisia, Germany, Qatar, Spain, Switzerland, France, England, Belgium, Italy, Jordan, Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She has collaborated with internationally acclaimed artists such as Jordi Savalland participated in major projects including the Yemeni Symphony.
A remarkable milestone in her international career was her participation as a soloist and official representative of Tunisia at the grand opening ceremony of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) in Cairo, the largest archaeological museum in the world.
