Katrin Glenz, auch bekannt unter dem Künstlernamen KAT., zählt seit vielen Jahren zu den vielseitigen Stimmen der deutschen Rock- und Popszene. Mit ihrer ausdrucksstarken Stimme bewegt sie sich zwischen lyrischem deutschsprachigem Pop und kraftvollen internationalen Rockeinflüssen.
Katrin Glenz wirkte an zahlreichen großen Werbeproduktionen mit, unter anderem für Volvic, Schöfferhofer und Ferrero, und war Teil internationaler Musicalproduktionen mit Auftritten weltweit. Darüber hinaus ist ihre Stimme aus verschiedenen Radiojingles – unter anderem für Hit Radio FFH – bekannt.
Als Backgroundsängerin arbeitete sie mit renommierten Künstlern wie Xavier Naidoo, Lutricia McNeal, T. M. Stevenssowie Johnny Logan zusammen.
Mit ihren eigenen musikalischen Projekten trat sie unter anderem im Vorprogramm von Laith Al-Deen und Pink auf.
Seit über 15 Jahren ist Katrin Glenz außerdem als freie Solistin Teil der Crossover-Produktionen der Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt und seit der Gründung eng mit dem Capitol Symphonie Orchester Offenbach verbunden. Mit ihrer musikalischen Vielseitigkeit, starken Bühnenpräsenz und emotionalen Ausdruckskraft bereichert sie das 12. Internationale MainWeltmusik Festival 2026 auf besondere Weise.

Katrin Glenz, also known by her stage name KAT., has been one of the distinctive voices of the German rock and pop scene for many years. With her expressive voice, she moves effortlessly between lyrical German pop and powerful international rock influences.
Katrin Glenz has contributed to numerous major commercial productions, including campaigns for Volvic, Schöfferhofer, and Ferrero, and has also been part of international musical productions with performances around the world.
