Tuna Bilgin (TUR / DEU)

Tuna Bilgin is regarded as one of the remarkable young pianists of the new generation of Turkish classical and concert music. With exceptional musical sensitivity, technical precision, and an impressive stage presence, he has already attracted attention far beyond the borders of Turkey at a young age.

His piano performances combine virtuosity with emotional depth and refined musical storytelling. Inspired by the great traditions of European classical music, Tuna Bilgin has developed a musical language marked by elegance, intensity, and artistic individuality. His interpretations of Mozart, Chopin, and the Romantic piano repertoire have received particular recognition.

At an early stage of his career, he took part in important concert projects and shared the stage with internationally acclaimed Turkish pianist Gülsin Onay, including performances within the concert series “Gülsin Onay and Students.” He has also appeared at international festivals such as the Bellapais Spring Music Festival and continued his musical education at the Bilkent University Faculty of Music and Performing Arts. His performances and exceptional talent gained recognition from music circles at an early age.

Through masterclasses, international concert projects, and selected festival appearances, Tuna Bilgin has developed a distinctive artistic profile that moves between classical piano repertoire and contemporary concert formats. With his artistic maturity, elegant stage presence, and expressive musical language, he promises audiences a truly memorable concert experience.

As a representative of a new international generation of musicians, Tuna Bilgin will bring exceptional artistic quality and musical depth to the 12th International MainWeltmusik Festival 2026.
